Makassar is located in the middle part of Indonesia (see the map) and known as one of the historic and major cities in Indonesia

Makassar has an international airport and well connected to all the intenrational airports in Indonesia such as Sukarno-Hatta airport (Jakarta), Juanda airport (Surabaya), Ngurah Rai airport (Bali) and many domestic (regional) airport. Flight to Makassar will take approximatey 2 hours from Jakarta, and 45 minutes from Denpasar Bali. The frequency of flight is very good (around 20 times a day)

Climate during the months of October and November is generally very pleasant in Makassar . The temperatures in Makassar during October-November around 23-31 Celcius degree. Many tourist prefer to visit Indonesia during these months.
